San Juan de Aragon Park
In 2011, the 2nd largest green space in Mexico City was partially abandoned, unsafe, and in a severe state of deterioration. After carrying out analyses of flow and user concentration, we designed a wayfinding system specifically for this park. This helped to direct visitor flow to lesser-used areas of the park, making for a more fulfilling visitor experience, and helped previously abandoned areas to be used again. All elements were designed to be highly resistant and unattractive to vandals, while requiring minimum maintenance.
